From Beauty Skills to Employment

Through Jini The Artistic Unisex Salon Training Academy, Jini Social Welfare Society has provided free beauty salon training to girls and women, helping them develop practical skills and move towards employment. The initiative also supports students who wish to continue their education. According to the NGO profile, 12th-pass students receiving salon training have been supported with college admissions and fees to help them continue their studies. Along with technical training, students also receive motivational guidance to help them face challenges with confidence and build a positive direction for their future.
