This policy covers Jinindori Organic products bought on drjiniorganic.com and services taken at JINI The Artistic Unisex Salon.

Products

• If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• After checking, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for that product.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Salon services and treatments

• Services and treatments that have been performed are not refundable.
• Hair treatments are recommended after consultation. If additional sittings are needed, each sitting is charged separately, and this is explained to you before treatment.
• To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
